1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "jatbet" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at jatbet.app, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features accessible via that domain.
• "Platform" means the jatbet website, mobile web application, and any related digital services provided under the jatbet brand.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jatbet Platform in any capacity.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held within a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, matched deposit bonuses, or other incentive awards credited to a User's Account by jatbet.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds or a specified amount must be wagered before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by jatbet before processing a User's first withdrawal.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all time-sensitive provisions within these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on jatbet, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance constitutes a legally binding contract between you and jatbet. These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional rules, guidelines, and policies published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules.

If these Terms are updated, continued use of the Platform after the publication of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on jatbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jatbet is strictly an adult platform. Any person under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering, depositing, betting, or playing any game on the Platform.
• You are registering voluntarily for personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction that prohibits you from accessing online gambling platforms.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by jatbet for a breach of these Terms.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You undertake to notify jatbet immediately if any registered details change.

jatbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or closure of your Account.

3.1 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form and provide at minimum: a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree that all information provided is truthful and that providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, jatbet will conduct a KYC verification check. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account). Processing of withdrawal requests will be paused until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jatbet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on jatbet. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jatbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or casino game results, and forfeit any balances or bonus funds held within those accounts.

4.2 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting jatbet support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and provided no outstanding withdrawal restrictions apply. Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jatbet reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts once the 12-month threshold is reached. You will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied. Where an Account balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jatbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment channels available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. jatbet does not currently accept international credit or debit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency payments. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the Deposit page within your Account.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount and daily/weekly deposit caps are displayed within the Deposit section of your Account dashboard. jatbet reserves the right to apply enhanced deposit limits to specific accounts for security or responsible gaming purposes. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 15 minutes during priority support hours (9am–11pm BST) and within 2 hours outside those hours. jatbet does not charge platform fees on withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their standard transaction charges.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on jatbet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). jatbet does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any funds deposited in a currency other than BDT will be rejected.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jatbet offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural calendar (including BPL match-day offers, Eid promotions, and Pohela Boishakh campaigns). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified Account holders aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Account, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance. Real-money balance is wagered before bonus funds unless jatbet states otherwise.
• jatbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse promotional structures — including through use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or systematic arbitrage — will result in forfeiture of all related bonuses and may lead to permanent Account closure.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and casino games played on jatbet are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, which are displayed within the game interface or market page. The following general rules apply across all activities on the Platform:

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once you have received an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. jatbet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting was not actively enabled.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, market, and individual Account status. Current limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or selecting a game stake. jatbet reserves the right to adjust stake limits for specific accounts at its discretion.

7.3 Disputed Results

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or casino game, jatbet's records will be treated as definitive unless a demonstrable technical error can be established. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event or game session by contacting [email protected]. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered.

7.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet placement, jatbet will endeavour to restore the session to its pre-disruption state. Where this is not possible, jatbet's decision regarding settlement will be final. No liability is accepted for losses arising from technical faults beyond jatbet's reasonable control.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jatbet Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Underage gambling: Any attempt to register or play while under the age of 18, including misrepresentation of age during registration or KYC.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing limits, or evading a previous Account closure.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve an unfair betting advantage, including in live poker or live casino formats.
• Use of automated systems: Employing bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploitation of errors: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or bonus miscalculations to generate an artificial advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the jatbet Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of illegally obtained money. jatbet complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious activity.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or disputed payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Chargebacks: Filing an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal against a jatbet deposit. Any balance arising from a successfully charged-back deposit will be deducted and the Account closed.

9. Responsible Gaming

jatbet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. The Platform provides a suite of tools that allow Account holders to manage their gambling activity at any time:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 72 hours after the increase request is submitted.
• Session time limits: Automatic logout after a chosen duration of continuous play.
• Reality checks: On-screen notifications at set intervals showing session duration and cumulative wagering amounts.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary Account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which login and deposits are blocked.
• Self-exclusion: Permanent or long-term Account block for players who determine that continued gambling access is not in their interest. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently are available. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jatbet Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and the overall site design — is the property of jatbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the jatbet Platform without prior written consent.

11. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by jatbet is governed by the jatbet Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes.
• jatbet does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations.
• Data is stored with industry-standard encryption and access controls.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jatbet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of the real-money balance held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises. jatbet shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss or damage.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, or events outside jatbet's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, and natural disasters).
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to losses from Account suspension or closure following a breach.

Nothing in these Terms limits jatbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jatbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jatbet will provide notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange the withdrawal of your remaining balance and closure of your Account.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through jatbet's customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration. jatbet's decisions on all gaming and betting outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Account status are final subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

jatbet makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the jatbet Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
